Like the California point break it was named for, the Rincon has a classic West Coast straight bridge, wrapping style lines and edgy curved temples. Made from our castor plant bio-based resin, the big frame and sharp angles of Costa’s Rincon sunglasses reflect the classic right point break and the hard-charging surfers who champion the sport. With Rincon’s spring hinges and 100% polarized lenses, the Rincon is a great oversized style for most or a perfect XL fit for “big heads”. You know who you are.

  • If your Costa eyewear has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will fix or replace them to get you back on the water as soon as we can. A processing fee (which covers return shipping and handling), plus applicable tax, is charged for each warranty claim processed.

    Costa's warranty processing fee is $11.95 per pair (which includes return shipping/handling), plus applicable sales tax.

  • Most Costas are hand assembled in our Daytona Beach, Florida workshop because we have yet to find a machine that does the job as well as a real, live person. We receive parts for our sunglasses from all around the world.

    Costas assembled in our Daytona Beach, Florida workshop are examined by no fewer than eight pairs of eyes before they ever shield yours. It's the only way we know how to keep the high standards we need to confidently back every pair of Costas with a limited warranty. 

     

    One size doesn't always fit all.

    That's why we have over 60 different frame styles. Every frame style is labeled as either S, M, L or XL. Large frames are our most common. When shopping on the website, you can filter frames by their size options to see what frames are made for each size. Measurements are available under the description tab of each frame.     Light conditions are constantly changing.

    To get the most out of Costa lenses, it's important to choose the right color. We offer seven lens colors that range from low-light like dawn to extremely bright light with blinding glare.

    How do I care for my Costas?

    A lens cleaning solution and our premium microfiber cleaning cloth are your best bets for keeping your Costas in top shape. Keep them in their protective case, away from extreme temperatures (translation: don't leave them on the dash of your pickup). Regular tightening of your hinge screws will also help maintain your frame. Follow these guidelines and your Costas will help you see what's out there for years to come.

     

    Can I get my Costas with Rx lenses?

    Yes, most Costa frames can be outfitted with Rx sunglass lenses. Check out the details on your preferred Costa frame’s website page on CostaDelMar.com to see if it is prescription ready.
